Didion’s Mechanical can also suit your weld overlay needs. All our weld overlay is tested with liquid penetrant to ensure that there are not any cracks or holes in the weld overlay. We can provide PMI testing to ensure the weld overlay chemistry meets your requirements.

In the below pictures you will see 347SS weld overlay being applied to 2¼ chrome.  These components were for reactors we fabricated that were installed in a lube oil refinery.
